CANCELLATION POLICY AND RULES FOR

              SLEEPY HOLLOW.

This property is privatley owned and operated and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests for loss of money, jewerly or valubles of any kind.

Reservations are held with a valid credit/debit card.

Cancellations are not charged to your account if you notify office within 7 days prior to your reservation 14 days prior to a holiday weekend. If you cancel after the 7 days a $50.00 charge will be deducted from your credit card. If you are a no show, you will pay the $50.00 fee plus first nights rent.

No smoking and no pets. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in a $100.00 a day charge per rule broken. All missing and or damaged items will be charged to your credit/debit card. If cabin is not left in a tidy manner a $25.00 cleaning fee will be deducted as well.

Quiet time is 10:00. stay outside have a fire and enjoy yourself, but please dont hoop and holler. breaking the quiet time will result in one warning, after that you will be asked to leave the property.

check in time is 12:00pm and check out is 11:00am.
